What dog owners say

Cooling bliss

This mat has been a lifesaver for my senior dog. She struggles with heat so much. Now she relaxes comfortably.

She actually uses it

Every other bed got ignored and she’d end up on the sofa. First night with this one she curled straight up in it and stayed there till morning.

So worth it

After trying numerous cooling mats for my pup, this one is the best! No fuss, easy to clean, and my dog prefers it over all his other spots.

Questions? We’ve got you covered

How does the cooling mat work without water or electricity?

Its Thermal Pull™ surface absorbs your dog’s body heat as soon as they lie on it, so it starts cooling straight away with nothing to fill, freeze or plug in.

Which size should I choose?

Go by your dog’s weight. Each product page has a size guide, and if you’re between sizes we recommend sizing up.

Are the free gifts really free?

Yes. They’re added to your cart automatically and show as £0 at checkout.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every UK order, and it’s tracked to your door.

What if it’s not right for my dog?

You’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
